SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SERVICE
We understand that most people are concerned and wondering if shipping their new furry companion is safe or a good idea.
DON’T WORRY!
Shipping is completely safe and hassle free for the pup. Depending on your location, you will usually receive your puppy within 24 hours. Puppies on planes are as safe as you or I are in flying.
If you don’t live locally, there are two easy and convenient ways to transport your new furry companion: standard shipping or hand-delivery.
Standard Shipping:
Shipping and delivering your pup to your address has never been easier. Your pup will travel in an air-conditioned pet cabin area on an airline-approved carrier. You will be given a flight number, arrival time and a reference number that identifies your pup in advance. We will also make all the arrangements for the delivery of your pup to your home address, you can equally pick up your pup at the airport just like picking up a person with your reference number. What suits you and the puppy best is our goal.
Personal handover:
With this option, it doesn’t matter if you live in another region or country. For added security and peace of mind, one of our team members can join your furry companion. We offer nanny services and make delivery personally to a named location or address.
The most common concern we get is the safety of your pup’s journey. We do everything in our power and with our expertise to create a safe and reassuring experience for puppies and their owners. We carefully book each flight, choosing the shortest possible route between us and your pup’s newest home. We keep flight time to a minimum of just a few hours. Our puppies are handled by approved staff who ensure a clean and air-conditioned flight environment for each and every one of our puppies.
Each carrier is crafted to comfortably fit your pup. Your pup doesn’t have to get into an awkward position while flying. We make sure our puppies remain as relaxed as possible throughout their journey home. Good posture is key! And a good soft towel on the bottom keeps your pup cozy and snugly. With food and water by his side, your pup is sure to have a great flight home!
Frequently asked questions about shipping and delivery
I get a lot of inquiries about shipping a puppy – individuals often wonder if it’s safe and how it works.
1: Is it really safe for the puppy?
2. Will he/she not be afraid? How long does it take?
3. Won’t it be difficult for the puppy to be alone in a crate for so long?
This is how I explain the shipping process to individuals so that they can feel more comfortable delivering a puppy.

– How long does delivery take?
The average flight time is about 2 to 4 hours. I always ask about delays or stopovers and I know the exact times and departures of the flights so I know where the pup is and I can also give you the information.– What are our
puppies fed with?
We feed our puppies kibble because it is a safe and easy to digest. Kibble specially designed for puppies is packed with all the nutrients they need to grow. Other good dog foods are available and each person can choose base on availability, price, wellness and so on.
